Skills for managing intense emotions - and everything that comes with them.

Let’s build a life worth living.

You’re not in this alone.

You might feel like your emotions go from 0 to 100 fast—like you’re overwhelmed, reacting in ways you don’t want to, or struggling to feel in control. Maybe you’ve tried to cope, but nothing really sticks, and it’s exhausting. If you’re dealing with intense emotions, self-harm urges, or suicidal thoughts, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through without judgment, where we can make sense of patterns that feel confusing or hard to change.

Why work with me?

Hi! I’m Sari, and I am so glad that you are here.

I'm a therapist, a dance teacher, and a mom of two. I grew up in New Jersey, built a life in Pennsylvania, and bring a lot of warmth, energy, and real-world perspective into the therapy room.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based practices — but always tailored to you. I'm both compassionate and direct, and I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest about what's really going on.

My goal is simple: to help you go from feeling stuck to building a life that actually feels worth living.
